MildCares Warranty Policy

✔️ Official Manufacturer Warranty
All MildCares devices come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional malfunctions under normal usage.

What’s Covered?

🔹 Device Malfunctions – The warranty is applicable only to MildCares devices and does not cover any accessories.
🔹 Manufacturing Defects – Hardware-related issues that occur under regular use conditions.

What’s NOT Covered?

🚫 Physical Damage – Cracks, dents, or breakage due to drops, misuse, or accidents.
🚫 Water Damage – MildCares devices are not waterproof; exposure to liquids voids the warranty.
🚫 Wear & Tear – Gradual battery degradation, scratches, and cosmetic damage from normal use.

🚫 Accessories are not covered under this warranty.

How to File a Claim

  1. Email reachus@mildcares.com within the coverage period.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, serial/lot number, description of the issue, and photos/video if possible.
  3. Once your request is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label and RMA number—because your comfort is our priority, every step of the way.
  4. Ship the unit within 10 days of receiving the label and retain the drop‑off receipt.
